Maintenance Technician

Schedule: 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm)

Pay: Starting at $20/hour (based on experience)

ResourceMFG is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing production equipment to ensure efficient and continuous operations.

• Perform preventive maintenance, including oil changes, lubricating (greasing), cleaning, and routine inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime
• Support production equipment to maintain efficiency and operational uptime
• Monitor machinery during operation, identify issues, and report concerns promptly
• Assist with line setup, changeovers, and equipment clearance following safety protocols
• Operate a forklift (Hi-Lo) to safely load and unload materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Track inventory and identify defective materials to support quality standards

• General mechanical knowledge with strong problem-solving skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read gauges and accurately interpret gauge results
• Forklift is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
