Description
This position requires closely working with other staff and contractors. Responsibilities include: supervising & directing daily maintenance and custiodial services of the Courthouse, other buildings, and ground maintenance. The position requires extensive knowledge and application of structural, plumbing, electrical, heating/air conditioning systems, carpentry, and custodial tolls. Applicant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a technical/vocation certificate in a maintenance related field is preferred. The individual must have 2 years of experience in at least one of the building or allied trades: carpentry, electrical, masonry, painting, plumbing, or HVAC. At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred. A valid driver's license, ability to lift 35 pounds and work from ladders, lifts and confined spaces, and pass pre-employment screening are all required.
