Manual Machinist

Our client is seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist who enjoys working with large components, precision machining, and a variety of projects in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating manual machine tools and be comfortable working independently while maintaining high quality standards.

Schedule Options:

• Monday–Thursday | 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  OR
• Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $25-$28/hr

• Set up and operate manual horizontal and vertical mills and lathes
• Machine components to precise dimensions and tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform equipment setups and make adjustments as needed throughout the machining process
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators
• Work closely with shop personnel to meet production schedules and quality expectations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
