Oxford Polymers is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the operation of our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and plant systems, with a strong emphasis on electrical diagnostics, controls, and industrial equipment maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with industrial electrical systems, motors, drives, control circuits, and manufacturing machinery. In addition to electrical troubleshooting, the successful candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform repairs on pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems throughout the facility.
This hands-on role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently while supporting production needs. The Industrial Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in minimizing equipment downtime, improving reliability, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
