Job Summary

We are hiring a Service Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined technician who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, precision repair, calibration, and working with small technical components.

The Service Technician will maintain and repair precision instruments used in food testing environments, supporting equipment reliability, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This is a strong opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of technical, mechanical, electronics, or precision equipment experience who wants to build a long-term career in installation, maintenance, and repair.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair small technical components and precision testing instruments.
- Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and service checks to ensure accurate equipment performance.
- Document service activities, repair details, maintenance results, and customer support records.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams regarding equipment issues and service needs.
- Identify equipment performance concerns and recommend appropriate repair or maintenance solutions.
- Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and professionalism while working with sensitive instruments.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $51,000 to $55,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.

Preferred Qualifications

- Electronics, mechanical, or technical training.
- Experience servicing calibrated equipment, lab instruments, testing equipment, or other precision devices.
- Familiarity with food testing, laboratory, quality control, or regulated technical environments.
- Previous experience in field service, equipment repair, or technical customer support.
