Maintenance Assistant in Assisted Living

Prosper at Wickliffe is seeking a someone to join the Environmental Services team as a Maintenance Assistant to aide in the upkeep of our beautiful community.

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for light maintenance and to help with the upkeep of the building and outside grounds. The individual in this position reports to the Environmental Services Director each morning to review jobs and duties for the day. Duties include, but are not limited to painting, resident maintenance requests, small equipment replacement, scheduled preventative maintenance, minor equipment repairs, moving furniture and other items as needed. The right candidate for this position must have ability to interact with our residents in a courteous manner and to be organized and orderly in their work habits.
