Our client, a leading property management organization specializing in multi-tenant commercial buildings, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the facilities management team supporting the daily operations of a busy campus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical expertise, clear communication skills, and a responsible work ethic, aligning successfully with the organizations commitment to excellence and safety.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Brentwood, TN

Pay Range: $25-27/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM

What's the Job?

  • Complete assigned maintenance tasks including painting, pressure washing, and maintaining lighting systems.
  • Perform plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, locksmith work, and general repairs as needed.
  • Maintain the work order system daily and respond promptly to tenant service requests.
  • Support emergency and on-call situations, troubleshooting building systems such as electrical, DDC, and pneumatic controls.
  • Participate in ongoing safety, technical, and operational training programs to ensure best practices.

What's Needed?

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
  • Trade school education, union training, military service, or college coursework is desirable.
  • Universal CFC EPA certification or a strong interest in obtaining it within the first year.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders up to 30 feet, and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and driving.
