Maintenance Technician Facilities

Our client, the agricultural industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician Facilities to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician Facilities, you will be part of the plant operations supporting maintenance and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, reliable attendance, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Facilities

Location: Rushville, IN

Pay Range: $21

Shift: 6:30am-2:30pm Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• Ensure all work meets safety standards through consistent practices
• Support plant operations via corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance activities
• Maintain the condition of the plant shop and maintenance tools
• Assist with grounds and facility maintenance as needed
• Maintain detailed equipment records and support operational needs

What's Needed?

• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and apply mechanical concepts
• Reliable attendance and transportation to the work site
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
