Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician to perform assembly, maintenance, and logistics operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a variety of tools and equipment, and able to execute basic test programs.

Responsibilities
Execute system assembly, teardowns, and component replacements per work instructions and engineering specifications
Perform retrofits and modifications on existing systems as directed
Conduct MTE (Manufacturing Test Engineering) based on standard operating procedures.
Package devices for shipping in accordance with handling and safety requirements.
Ship and receive devices. Transport devices between the loading dock and final warehouse work areas using appropriate material handling equipment.
Operate power tools, hand tools, and fastening equipment safely and effectively.
Perform machine shop and wood shop operations including cutting, drilling, and fabrication tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with EHS standards.
Track work progress and update inventory/work order systems as required.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators.

Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, mechanical assembly, or a related hands-on technical role
Proficiency with power tools (drills, impact drivers, saws, grinders, etc.)
Experience with machine shop and/or wood shop equipment
Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Ability to operate a pallet jack to move heavy equipment through tight spaces.
Ability to execute manufacturing test procedures using basic test programs, software interfaces, and diagnostic tools (e.g., test scripts, GUI-based test applications, pass/fail reporting systems)

Preferred:
Experience with system-level assembly and testing
Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures
Prior experience with shipping/receiving logistics
IPC or similar workmanship certifications

Work environment
Warehouse/shop floor setting
May require use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Flexible scheduling based on operational needs

Top 3 Must Have:
