Your role:

  • Diagnose and resolve equipment failures by performing advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on electro-mechanical systems, identifying root causes, and implementing timely corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
  • Execute and support maintenance activities including disassembly, repair, calibration, and reassembly of equipment using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation by recording inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance in systems such as SAP PM, enabling data-driven decisions, equipment history tracking, and continuous reliability improvements.

  • You have strong troubleshooting capability across electro-mechanical systems, with the ability to work independently, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions with minimal oversight.
  • You understand regulated environments and have experience working within quality systems including adherence to documentation practices, change control, and compliance standards.
  • You are a collaborative, safety-focused professional who communicates effectively across teams, contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, and maintains a strong commitment to product quality and patient safety.
