Journeyman Electrician / Foreman

MBA Electric is hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians and Foremen who want to be part of something bigger than just another jobsite.

Journeyman Electrician

• Install electrical systems according to plans and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Perform layout, conduit installation, wiring, equipment installation, and troubleshooting
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
• Coordinate with customers, general contractors, and other trades
• Mentor apprentices and help develop future electricians
• Take ownership of quality, productivity, and jobsite success

Foreman

• Lead crews and manage daily field operations
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and project schedules
• Monitor production, quality, and safety
• Communicate effectively with project management, customers, and general contractors
• Develop and mentor crew members
• Help drive company culture and field leadership standards

• Valid driver's license
• Utah Journeyman License preferred
• Strong understanding of electrical code and installation practices
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, professional, and accountable
• Ability to manage priorities and maintain productivity

Foreman Candidates

• Previous crew leadership experience preferred
• Experience managing crews and project schedules
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to develop and lead other electricians
