Maintenance Technician

Holladay Park Plaza is a vibrant not-for-profit Life Plan Community located in the heart of Portland’s Lloyd District. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help ensure our community remains safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents, guests, and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the community, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.
• Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high resident satisfaction.
• Assist with apartment turnover, including repairs, inspections, and preparation for new residents.
• Maintain building systems, equipment, and tools while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Support preventative maintenance programs and assist with special projects and facility improvements as needed.

Pay: $24.00 -$28.00 / hr

Schedule : 11:30am - 10pm Friday - Monday

About You
• Experience in building maintenance, repairs, or a related trade preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and general repair practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with residents, staff, and vendors.
