Maintenance Technician Wanted Boise

Growing property management company looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for residential and commercial properties.

Pay: $20$23/hr DOE + bonuses
Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance.

Requirements:
5+ years experience in painting, drywall, carpentry, or general maintenance
Basic plumbing knowledge
Must be local and able to commute to multiple job sites daily
Must have reliable transportation and own tools
Valid drivers license with clean record
Must show up on time and be dependable
Must pass background check
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Duties include repairs, maintenance tasks, tenant service calls, and general property upkeep.
