Tradesmen International is currently hiring for experienced Fabricator/Welder for a shop-based opportunity in Enumclaw, WA. This position is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with strong steel and stainless-steel fabrication experience who can work independently from blueprints and deliver high-quality craftsmanship.

Location: Enumclaw, WA
Pay: $33.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Work Environment: Shop-Based

Responsibilities

* Fabricate steel and stainless-steel components from architectural and engineering drawings.
* Read and interpret complex blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
* Perform hard wire and dual-shield welding.
* Layout, measure, and mark dimensions on raw materials.
* Cut, grind, prep, and fit materials for assembly.
* Drill holes and machine parts to precise specifications.
* Assemble structural and fabricated components with a high degree of accuracy.
* Maintain quality standards while meeting production deadlines.

Qualifications

* 45 years of steel and stainless-steel fabrication experience.
* Strong proficiency with hard wire and dual-shield welding processes.
* Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
* Experience with structural layout and fabrication mathematics.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and safely in a fabrication shop environment.
