Full Time Maintenance Tech

Seeking full-time technician for Office Buildings
-Minimum 3-5 years of property maintenance experience.
-Have working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, HVAC and general construction.
-Possess good communications skills both written and verbal,
-Ability to lift 50lbs.
-Possess a valid drivers license.
-Ability to work as a team with a strong work ethic.
-Possess good customer service skills.
