POSITION: Senior Maintenance Technician for High Traffic Automotive Industrial Cleaning Facilities

COMPENSATION:

Salary range starting at $60,000 per year with the opportunity to increase dependent on knowledge and performance.

JOB SUMMARY:

Senior Maintenance Technician is a mechanical & technical position essential to ensuring all Price Enterprises, Inc. facilities run smoothly and efficiently by completing preventative & corrective maintenance duties while upholding the companys customer-driven and professional culture. Working hours are commensurate with a 50-hour work week dictated by workload, repairs, and deadlines. Primarily, independent, evening schedule.

Plumbing, Mechanical Electrical background & experience preferred.
Responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of all High Traffic Automotive Industrial Cleaning Facilities equipment and systems.
Responsible for conducting maintenance inspections, monitor inventory, assemble mechanical components, and perform repairs as required or necessary.
Be knowledgeable of the chemistry required for the operations of the facilities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Performs other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

OSHA Certification
First Aid Certification
Forklift Operator Certification
HAZCOM Program
Lock Out/ Tag Out Procedures
Full familiarity of both Hand & Power Tools
