Multi Family Communities Hiring Experienced Lead Maintenance In Odessa, TX.
Lead Maintenance Starting at $28-$32 per hour depending on experience.

The ideal candidates must possess the following:

Must have 7+ years industry knowledge/experience in the Apartment Industry.
Other Certifications are a plus.
Must have experience with Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheetrock.
Pool Certification is a plus.
Must have HVAC Certificate.
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).

All employees hired are contingent to a background check, MUST have valid driver's license and drug screen.
