Maintenance Technicians II & III (San Antonio)
Company: LPC Staffing Services
Schedule: Full-Time OnCall Rotation Required
Must pass 10 panel drug test
Must pass a criminal background
Certifications: Must obtain required certifications within 90 days
Must be able to grip, grasp, bend, stoop, lift, kneel, twist throughout shift
Basic repairs, painting, caulking, patching
Assist with unit makereadies
Plumbing & electrical support
Support senior techs with inspections and preventive maintenance
Requirements:
Valid drivers license & auto insurance(may have to drive to another property) we offer compensation
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more use ladders, and perform physical tasks
Willingness to follow supervision and safety protocols

Maintenance Technician II (Mid-Level)
Experience: 25 years in property or facilities maintenance
Key Skills:
Electrical repairs (outlets, switches, breakers)
Plumbing (leaks, fixtures, clogs)
HVAC troubleshooting, filter changes, basic repairs
Ability to document work orders accurately
Comfortable mentoring and guiding Tech Level I
Responsibilities:
Perform intermediate electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
Complete makereadies in units
Coordinate with contractors
Must participate in oncall rotation

Maintenance Technician III / Lead (Senior-Level)
Experience: 5+ years, including 12 years in a lead role
Key Skills:
Advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural repairs
Preventive maintenance program development
HUD & TDHCA compliance expertise
Strong leadership and training ability
Techcomfortable (mobile apps, maintenance software)
Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance operations across assigned properties
Train and mentor Tech I & II staff
Oversee unit makereadies and inspections
Manage inventory, contractors, and project coordination
Participate in oncall rotation
OSHA Certification
EPA Certification
