Refrigeration Technician - Commercial HVAC/R

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $40-$50/hour (based on experience) + Overtime

What You'll Do:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair small to large commercial refrigeration systems, including:
Walk-in coolers and freezers
Reach-in units
Display cases
Ice machines
Maintain and repair associated control systems and components
Use instruments to test parts and verify proper system operation
Disassemble and reassemble equipment to perform necessary repairs
Communicate findings to supervisors and customers; ensure high service quality
Provide preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability
Document all work accurately and maintain safety procedures on-site
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in commercial refrigeration service and repair
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across a range of refrigeration systems
- Rack refrigeration experience (preferred but not required)
- Universal EPA Certification (required)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and unscheduled overtime
