Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Install new equipment and provide customer training when necessary.
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Document service activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and replacement parts.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and management to resolve technical issues.
