Maintenance Technician 3

Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician 3, you will be part of the property maintenance department supporting the community of residents and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician 3

Location: Mounds View, MN

Pay Range: $24-$25/hour

Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm M-F

What's the Job?

• Perform carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs to maintain property standards
• Oversee the curb appeal of the community, including groundskeeping and trash removal
• Complete work orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely resolution
• Read water meters and conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Adhere to all safety laws and regulations while maintaining a clean and safe environment

What's Needed?

• 2-3 years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance
• 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing and electrical work
• Ability to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and use technology for work-related tasks
