Our client, a leading manufacturer in electronic measurement instruments, is seeking an Assembler 1 to join their team. As an Assembler 1, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the assembly and testing of precision electronic components. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Perform a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical subassembly and assembly operations of a semi-skilled nature.
- Solder and de-solder through-hole and surface mount technology (SMT) components.
- Install and remove discrete components such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, and inductors onto printed circuit assemblies (PCAs).
- Connect component lead wires to printed circuit or route and connect wires between components, connectors, and terminals.
- Follow production drawings, schematics, work instructions, and bills of material to complete assigned assemblies accurately.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent with vocational or technical training preferred.
- 0-2 years of related experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing.
- Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
- Manual dexterity and experience with hand tools, soldering equipment, and test instrumentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
