Maintenance Mechanics & Trainees Up to $28/hr + Weekly Bonus

Looking for dependable, hands-on workers who want to build or grow a career in maintenance. If youre mechanically inclined, coachable, and ready to learnthis is a strong opportunity.

• Mechanics: $19$28/hr (based on experience)
• Entry-Level Helpers: $15$17/hr
• • $2/hr weekly attendance bonus for consistent, reliable attendance

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM
• 2nd shift starts on 1st shift for training

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Assist with installs and upgrades

• Experienced Mechanics: Must have maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Entry-Level Helpers: Basic mechanical knowledge with a strong desire to learn maintenance
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools
• Coachable, willing to take direction, and grow skills
• Team-oriented with a solid work ethic
