Volt is immediately hiring 1 st Shift - Electro Mechanic Assemblers in Dallas, TX.

We are seeking experienced wiring and installing Electrical Components for Manufacturing projects. Our client has Great Company Culture, Overtime & Air-Conditioned Environment.

As an Assembler , you will:

• Review, analyze, and follow various blueprints, diagrams, drawing, procedures, and work instructions to complete assemblies for enclosure buildings.
• Must be able to lift 35+ pounds, as you will be working with Tall and Heavy “Door Frames”
• Must have Experience using Power Tools and Hand Tools : TORQUE WRENCH experience is a Must!
• Experience with Drills, impacts, screwdrivers, grinders, etc.) to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that assembled products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Identify any product defects; record and report them accordingly.

This is a Full-time, Long-Term position with OT opportunities! ***Resume & Interview Required***

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 6:00am - 2:30pm with OT opportunities on Saturdays/Sundays

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to read/write/speak in English
• Must have 1-2 years of related experience in Electro Mechanic Assembly in Manufacturing Setting.
• Must have TORQUE WRENCH Experience & Hand Power Tools Experience.
• Ability to interpret Blueprints, Wiring drawings, Schematics, and Engineering diagrams
• Strong manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
• Ability to see and differentiate between colored wires, tabs and electronic components.
• Basic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurements.
• Must wear all PPE as required.
• Experience with Forklifts a Plus!
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour - DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
