Maintenance Technician

We have an opening for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician.

This position will focus on work orders and keeping the buildings and grounds organized and clean. The Maintenance Technician position is primarily responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property and ensuring that service requests, work orders and repairs are performed correctly and in a timely manner.

For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, a team player and have excellent communication skills . Must have a minimum of one year of experience in property maintenance, construction or a related field, and a valid drivers license.

This position is 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.

* No on call * No weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
