• Service and maintain assigned swimming pools
• Test and balance pool water chemistry
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pool equipment
• Identify issues and recommend repairs or upgrades
• Assist with leak detection and larger repair projects
• Perform pool openings, closings, and winterizations
• Maintain service records, chemical logs, and photos
• Keep your vehicle, tools, and equipment organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

• 3+ years of pool service experience
• Strong knowledge of water chemistry and pool equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Ability to lift 5075 lbs and work outdoors
