Cabinet Assembler - Cabinet Manufacturing

*** Julian Woods LLC seeks a dependable and detail-oriented Cabinet Assembler to assemble kitchen cabinets and components efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. This role is essential in ensuring accurate assembly, structural integrity, and timely production.***

Pay:

- Based on experience and qualifications

Job Details:

- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Assemble kitchen cabinets and components according to specifications and drawings.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks accurately.
- Ensure all parts are properly aligned, secured, and finished to quality standards.
- Inspect materials and completed units for defects or issues.
- Follow work orders and production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with loading, unloading, or other production tasks as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience in cabinet assembly, woodworking, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic understanding of measurements and ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Good communication skills; English required for safety and coordination.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Additional Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred
- Experience in cabinet or furniture assembly
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and materials
- Experience in a warehouse or production setting
