Our client, an innovative leader in micromanufacturing technology, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the assembly and testing of advanced mechanical components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler

Location: Emeryville, California

Pay Range: $35-$39/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Assemble, test, and pack mechanical assemblies using hand tools and bench top equipment.
  • Follow detailed assembly procedures and work instructions with precision.
  • Verify the integrity of materials and components prior to assembly.
  • Conduct visual inspections of components and assembled units, reporting any defects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

  • Knowledge of ISO9001 quality standards.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools such as tweezers, rulers, cutters, torque drivers, and screwdrivers.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and follow procedures accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
