Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and general maintenance repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Assist with unit turns and makeready tasks
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents

Requirements

• Maintenance certification required
• Strong apartment maintenance experience
• Reliable, detailoriented, and able to work independently
