Your Impact

As a key member of our property management community team, you will:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and components.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure peak system reliability.
• Troubleshoot heating and cooling issues with efficiency and precision.
• Uphold high safety standards and EPA regulations.
• Document work is completed and communicate maintenance needs.

Required Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Required)
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• A dependable, safety-first mindset.
• Prior experience in HVAC or apartment maintenance (Preferred).
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional service standards.
