Apartment Maintenance Technician - Montgomery, AL $18/hr

Position Overview

You will support the daytoday maintenance operations of the property, ensuring apartments and common areas are safe, functional, and wellmaintained. This role is perfect for someone with strong painting skills and general maintenance experience who's open to an oncall rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the community
• Prepare apartments for movein, including painting
• Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in oncall rotation once officially onboarded

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in multifamily or related setting preferred
• Strong painting skills required
• Professional licenses preferred, but not required
• Ability to be oncall as part of a rotation
• Reliable, detailoriented, and teamfocused
