Responsibilities

• Assist with work orders and general maintenance repairs
• Support unit turns and makeready tasks
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
