TWCSI has an opportunity for a qualified Parts Coordinator in our Sanford Office.

What Success in our Parts Coordinator Role Looks Like at TWC Services Inc.

Responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, coordinating shipments, and supporting the needs of our service and production departments. Delivering parts 2 to 3 days a week to the attraction areas.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Ordering and Procurement: Identifies and orders parts needed for maintenance and repair operations. Sources and negotiates with suppliers to ensure the best prices and delivery times. Tracks and follows up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Branch Support: Receives and records purchase and work orders as needed. Processes parts transfers for stock. Assists with pricing on orders for parts from other branches.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintains detailed records of parts transactions, including purchases, receipts, inventory, returns, and distributions. Prepares reports on inventory levels, usage, and purchasing trends. Will require delivering to the Orlando attraction areas with a company supplied vehicle 2 to 3 days a week.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of purchasing or procurement experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to deliver parts using a company-provided vehicle 2-3 days per week.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to walk long distances as needed to support deliveries and parts coordination activities.
