Peachtree City, GA | Full-Time | 12-Hour Rotating Shift (2-2-3) About the Role
Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician Assembly Injection Molding to support a leading production facility in Peachtree City, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement of assembly equipment, injection molding machinery, and production infrastructure. • Perform maintenance and repair activities on assembly equipment, injection molding machines, and facility infrastructure.
• Independently execute assigned service orders and ensure timely resolution of equipment issues.
• Eliminate incidents and implement preventive maintenance measures to reduce downtime.
• Support relocation, installation, and transfer of equipment as needed.
• Manage spare parts within the assigned service area.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and internal maintenance standards (5S, VMV, SOS).
• Participate in risk assessments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and other internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Supervise or coordinate work with external contractors as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of technical training (e.g., industrial mechanic or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of plant maintenance and equipment repair, particularly in:
  • Assembly systems
  • Engel injection molding machinery
  • Production environment peripherals
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in spare parts management.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM 7:15 PM
• Night Shift: 6:46 PM 7:15 AM
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation (work 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then alternate)
• Work Environment: 100% on-site in a high-volume, fast-paced production facility
