Assembler - 2nd Shift, Contract to Hire The Assembler I position is located in Lawrence, MA. Shift of the Assembler: 2nd Shift: 3:30 - 12pm M-F Pay Rate/Salary of the Assembler: $18 + 10% Shift Differential Responsibilities of the Assembler: Perform a variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Follow methods and sequences of operations for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing. Make set-ups and adjustments while holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Test equipment and products as required. Ensure quality and precision in all assembly tasks. Qualifications of the Assembler: 0-1 year of related experience required. Strong manual dexterity and coordination. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Effective communication skills to convey information clearly.
