Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Installers/Carpenters to join our team on a freelance/contract basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, detail-oriented, andfortable working in dynamic environments. Projects may vary in scope and location, requiring flexibility and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site installations of custom fabricated elements

Execute carpentry tasks including measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient projectpletion

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site as needed

Requirements:

Proven carpentry experience highly preferred

Strong understanding of tools, materials, and installation techniques

Ability to read drawings and follow project specifications

Reliable transportation to job sites

Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods

Schedule & Availability:

Flexible schedule required

Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed

Compensation:

Starting at $25/hour, with potential for higher rates based on experience and performance
