Maintenance Supervisor

Are you a technical powerhouse with a knack for leadership? We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to take the helm of our client's facility’s physical integrity. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you won't just be fixing machines—you’ll be coordinating workflows, mentoring a skilled team, and serving as the backbone of the production success.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where your expertise in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems directly translates to a safer, faster, and more efficient manufacturing environment.

salary: $80,000 - $83,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Systems Oversight: Expert-level troubleshooting and management of 3-phase electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  
  
• Technical Leadership: Directing complex repairs and preventative maintenance schedules to ensure high-output production.
  
  
• Automation Mastery: Prior experience with PLC diagnostics and programming is highly preferred to manage modern manufacturing assets.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance activities meet rigorous safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  
  
• Minimum: High School Diploma or Trade School certification.
  
  
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  
  
• Leadership: Proven ability to supervise technical staff and manage vendor relationships effectively
