Production Assembler-Jr

This position is responsible for the assembly of medical devices, and complimenting accessory products. Must be able to comply with all governing rules including company policies and procedures and adhere to safety and cleanliness practices in the workplace. This position works under close supervision.

responsibilities:
- 85% Performs simple production assembly processes of a repetitive nature to build and assemble mechanical units and minor electronic or mechanical subassemblies.

- 5% Complete and understand documentation needed to comply with company policies, Quality Manual and procedures including, but not limited to: - FDA, QSR and various domestic and international standards and regulations - Company policies and procedures

- 5% Work in a Team environment using the skills of communicating, listening and participating in developing continuous improvement on products and processes

- 3% Safety, cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and company property, including but not limited to - Simple maintenance as required - Clean work area as needed (2%)

- Education: High School education or equivalent required

- Licenses/ Certifications: NA

- Experience: No experience required

- Competencies: - Must be able to read, write, and speak English and have basic math skills

skills: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
