As an Assembler, your hands-on skills with measurement devices, excellent dexterity, and ability to troubleshoot are essential to ensuring smooth production and continuous process improvements. This position offers a stable, Monday through Friday, 9/80 work schedule on days, providing a great work-life balance. The ideal candidate has experience handling materials, working with safety PPE, and contributing to team-based problem-solving in a manufacturing setting.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Mechanical and Electronic assembly
- Strong understanding of blueprints, safety policies, and measurement tools
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret work instructions and troubleshoot assembly issues
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with team members
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally over 50 pounds
