Our client is looking for a Maintenance Technician and is a leader in manufacturing, known for its commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for performing both preventive and reactive maintenance on a variety of production machinery, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot equipment issues, support equipment installation, and ensure all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and safely in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, documenting maintenance activities, and maintaining compliance with safety standardsall to keep production running smoothly and reliably. This position offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on maintenance experience in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday Friday, 3:00 PM 11:00 PM (flexibility possible)
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with installation or maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair
- Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Word; familiarity with Excel and production software is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and technical documentation
- Good knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- High school diploma or GED
