Job Summary:
Major Responsibilities/Activities
(List in order of importance the essential functions of the job):
Visual quality inspections
Place product in box with appropriate count in each box
Label product and boxes
Tape boxes
Lift and carry boxes up to 45 lbs.
Monitor equipment operation
Assist in training of new employees
Maintain work area in clean and orderly fashion 5S
Follow standardized work instructions
Participate in Lean Manufacturing efforts
Participate in Kaizen events
Cover other positions following appropriate training as needed
Basic Qualifications (Include education, experience, special skills and licenses or certifications required):
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum one month or less similar or related work experience
Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request parts or supplies verbally or in writing

- Lean 101
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
