We are a growing custom fabrication shop based in Fort Myers, FL, seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced position with consistent work and opportunity for growth.
Were looking for someone who is comfortable working with aluminum and steel, takes pride in their work, and is eager to continue developing their skillset alongside a team of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities-
Perform welding and fabrication on aluminum and steel materials
Read and interpret production drawings accurately
Maintain quality and consistency across high-volume projects
Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements

Proven experience welding aluminum and steel
Ability to read and follow production/shop drawings
Motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
Reliable transportation
Willingness to learn and grow with the team
In-person welding test required during the interview process

Work Schedule

Monday Friday
7:00 AM 3:30 PM (with lunch break)
