Maintenance Technician WANTED

Looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician, for 2 properties, some experience in the following areas: electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry. Travel from Cocoa to Melbourne 2-3days a week is required, will pay mileage. Looking for someone that is personable, team player, must be on-call on weekends and afterhours, you must be ok to work alone or with manager daily. Hourly wage, wage does depend on experience.
