Develop and implement maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders, asset histories, and preventive maintenance tasks.
Oversee the installation, inspection, repair, and calibration of equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters.
Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or equipment replacements, ensuring timely completion within scope and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations including high voltage and low voltage electrical systems; conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inventory levels of spare parts, and equipment documentation for audit purposes.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime by proactively identifying potential issues through mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance best practices.
Skills:
Proven management experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Strong understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), and HVAC systems.
Proficiency with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking.
Excellent mechanical knowledge combined with electrical troubleshooting skills using diagnostic tools like ohmmeters.
Experience supervising projects from planning through execution in facilities management environments.
Effective leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams while fostering a safety-first culture.
Fluency in English with strong communication skills to coordinate across departments effectively.
Knowledge of industrial standards for safety compliance related to electrical systems and machinery operation.
