Assembler

Position: Assembler – Kit Pack

Pay Rate: $20.61/hr

Schedule: 3rd Shift, 10:00PM–6:30AM

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Assemblers for our Kit Pack operation on the 3rd shift. You’ll play a vital role in meeting production targets and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

	
• Operate machinery and assemble products according to detailed specifications and work instructions.
  
  	
• Monitor and maintain quality control throughout the assembly process to ensure all products meet company standards.
  
  	
• Achieve and sustain efficient production targets while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
  
  	
• Operate tools and machinery with strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
  
  	
• Proactively report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality concerns to supervisors for timely resolution.
  
  

	
• 0–5 years of relevant experience; prior manufacturing or shift work is a plus.
  
  	
• Ability to work overnight hours and adapt to changing shift schedules.
  
  	
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  
  	
• Effective communication skills; able to collaborate with coworkers and supervisors.
  
  	
• Comfortable working with manufacturing tools, equipment, and software systems.
