Location:  Elgin, IL

Shifts & Pay:

	
• 2nd Shift: 2:45pm – 11:00pm ($20.50/hr)
  
  

What You’ll Do:

	
• Assemble radio towers and heavy telecommunication equipment (up to 65 lbs. – team lift required)
  
  	
• Use computer-based instructions to build custom frames for client equipment
  
  	
• Read and interpret written instructions for precise, high-quality assembly
  
  	
• Work independently or collaboratively in small, supportive teams
  
  	
• Handle intricate electronics and components with focus and care
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

	
• Prior experience in electronic assembly or electronic manufacturing (required)
  
  	
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
  	
• Comfortable handling heavy equipment with team support
  
  	
• Ability to accurately follow computer-based, step-by-step instructions
  
  	
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
