We’re seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians who thrive on troubleshooting complex equipment, solving problems, and keeping manufacturing operations running at peak performance. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of equipment and systems while contributing to production reliability, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

	
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled production equipment.
  
  	
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  
  	
• Maintain facility systems including compressed air, steam, HVAC, refrigeration, water, wastewater, and other plant utilities.
  
  	
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, fabrication projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  	
• Partner with operations, quality, and sanitation teams to achieve production, safety, and quality goals.
  
  	
• Follow all safety, GMP, food safety, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work environment .
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

	
• High school diploma or GED.
  
  	
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
  
  	
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
  
  	
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  
  	
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

	
• Technical degree, trade certification, or industrial maintenance training.
  
  	
• Food manufacturing or dairy manufacturing experience.
  
  	
• Ammonia refrigeration experience.
  
  	
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated production equipment.
