Full-Time Production Assembler MonThurs 6am4pm, Fridays Off

Tecla Co. Inc. is a small family-owned manufacturer making fishing accessories and pet products. We are hiring a dependable full-time production assembler for steady weekday work.

This is a hands-on production job. No experience is required, but reliability is extremely important. We are looking for someone who shows up on time every day, follows instructions, and is comfortable doing repetitive assembly and packaging work.

Schedule:
MondayThursday, 6:00am4:00pm
Fridays off every week

Pay:
$15/hr starting
Benefits available after 60 days
Paid lunch/breaks
Paid vacation after 1 year
1st shift only no nights or weekends

Job duties include:
Assembling and packaging small products
Following job sheets and written procedures
Basic quality checks
Labeling and organizing inventory
Keeping your work area clean and safe

Requirements:
Reliable attendance and transportation
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to sit, stand, and walk during a 10-hour shift
Able to read and follow job sheets
Comfortable with repetitive hands-on work
Good communication skills
