HVAC Service Technician And/Or Installer, up to $1000 Sign On Bonus

Established HVAC Co. For over 35 Years is seeking a Qualified Service Technician and installers for the south east valley. We have 5 fully stocked service trucks looking to fill both positions. Needs to be clean cut, enthusiastic and has a positive attitude w/ minimum 3-5 years experience.
IF YOU ARE TIRED of the big company run around, Hi pressure sales, not enough hours during slow seasons, potential layoff, long hours during the summer, then you should apply for this position. This is not a sales job, we are actually looking for Technicians that can diagnose problems, communicate with customers and Install equipment on existing homes, and do PMAs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Min 3-5 yrs experience as Service Technician, and new unit installation, and maintenance.
Excellent driving record
EPA & 410 Certified
Own hand tools
Must be Dependable and Presentable and able to communicate w/ customers
Must be drug free and able to pass drug screening
Willing to take on call rotation every 3-4 weeks
South East Valley Candidate Preferred for the drive time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The right person for the job will be in a self management working position. They will need to communicate with customers effectively, sale, install, repair and tune up all brands of HVAC equipment. We are a Trane dealer.
