General Maintenance is hiring a Maintenance Technician for commercial properties.

Company vehicle + phone provided
Full-time, steady work (MonFri)

Duties:
Light maintenance repairs (walls, ceiling tiles, fixtures)
Minor plumbing
Curb painting & exterior work
Pressure washing (we can train)

Schedule: Must be available between 5:00 AM 4:00 PM (8-hour shifts)

Requirements:
Some maintenance/handyman experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Clean background
Reliable & hardworking
